This home with crawlspace is a recent new construction with high radon levels above 30pCi/L. The crawlspace was encapsulated by the builder but Purple Mountain Radon inserted the perforated pipe beneath the membrane and exited the rim joist and mounted the radon riser to the exterior wall.
