Exterior Drain Tile Depressurization System
A hole was drilled in the side of the metal window well in order that the grate can can still be used after mitigation.
Sump
Replaced the original sump lid with one that is clear for viewing inside the sump and was sealed air-tight. A water watch alarm was added to alert homeowner if pump does not discharge water.
Window well connection
Radon riser emerges from bottom of window well and penetrates the metal well then proceeds up the wall.
Radon Fan, riser and exhaust
The riser attached to the wall and discharges above roof line.
