Home in Thornton, CO with a sump basin and perimeter drain. There was no pump in the sump basin which is where we chose to mitigate.   The clearance of the fence on the side of the house was very narrow which made it impossible to install the radon riser above the second floor level. For that short section to the eave, we had to get on the roof and lower the final piece onto the riser.
